i appreciated the hotel's seamless airport transfer, a short 15-minute ride. the gym offered suitable equipment. it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i found the on-site shops convenient for necessities, they were open until late.
the background music was mostly arabic jazz. i would have liked more variety.

I stayed in a beautiful room garden view and it was so spacious, i loved it. the cleaning service kept it super clean. I really appreciated that, and all communal areas were also well maintained. i found the food delicious with lots of variety! there were local and international options to choose from. Every meal was a delight.
the lighting in some areas was a bit too dim for my taste.

I really loved the food. the buffet had so many options and everything tasted fresh! the beautiful room garden view was a great size for me. It felt very spacious. the hotel also has a wonderful beach area. i especially enjoyed relaxing there each day.
The gym was quite small, and it always seemed crowded. the quality of the pillows in my room wasn't great. They felt a bit cheap for a 5-star hotel. my room wasn't as clean as i expected. I noticed some dust accumulating in the corners.

the beautiful twin room pool view had two comfortable beds. the housekeeping kept it very clean every day. the pool area was fantastic with many sun loungers. there were plenty of towels available!
The buffet restaurant had limited options. i found the gym to be quite small. It was always crowded. the room service took a long time. I had to call to follow up.
