The staff got us a table for dinner just before they stopped serving. I found this helpful. breakfast was also one of the better ones i have had, it was tasty. i loved the location. the bar was excellent too
I found the general area quite noisy with people socializing. it was very difficult to sleep because of it. the hotel could inform people of this or give ear plugs. I think it is important

i loved the excellent breakfast with varied options like a full cooked breakfast, omelette, and smoked salmon. the staff were so cute at reception and check-in was super easy. i found all staff members very helpful throughout my stay.
the door banging downstairs was noisy from 6.30am, it was horrible when i wanted a lie in.

the reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. the bar staff were also very pleasant, presenting a wide array of drinks to consider. the bedroom greatly exceeded what i expected in terms of facilities and its comfort level.
there was a plumbing problem . my room had no water in the taps, the shower, or the toilet cistern. i was given another room to shower in, but the same problem presented itself again.
