The room was a Double or Twin Room. It was clean and I found it spacious. Dinner and breakfast were both good. I did enjoy the Thermo suite at the spa and felt very relaxed.

the breakfast variety impressed me, i found options for every taste. the gym features several cardio machines, i saw treadmills and bikes. i appreciate how clean the room was, it felt very fresh.
The bar closed a bit early one night. I wished it stayed open a bit later.

i really appreciate how the family room had extra space with a room attached. kids had their own area and it was a good setup. the bar food tasted nice. kids club was spacious with various fun activities.
i hope they fix it soon, because the cleaning staff goes up and down with trolleys.

I had a family suite. The kids received goodie bags upon arrival. This was a nice, thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly. Every person was warm and helpful. Their kindness.
The dining area lacked air conditioning. It was very hot with its glass roof. I thought 15 euros for one cocktail was expensive.
