attentive staff creative chef delicious food
The staff was attentive. Their detail to attention was obvious to me. I found the food beautifully presented and delicious. The chef addressed my egg allergy with creative alternate dishes for both breakfast and dinner.
The floor felt quite cold. I wished for socks to wear inside the hotel.

Charming Traditional Experience

I found the location ideal, only a short walk from the station. Check-in was easy, and the staff spoke fluent English. My room was very quiet. Breakfast included many local foods, I found it very appreciable.

The room presented well and had a clean appearance, though it seemed a bit older. Dinner and breakfast came included with my room. Housekeeping tidied up the futon after the meal services.

I received a kaiseki dinner with multiple courses. One course I even got to cook over a burner. Breakfast offered a traditional Japanese spread. The staff accommodated my request for an early breakfast due to an early tour.

The public onsen offered great relaxation. I especially liked choosing my yukata. The hotel provided accommodation for early check-out with an adjusted breakfast schedule for my early tour departure.
