The hotel ensured absolute cleanliness. wiping off luggage wheels was a nice touch. i appreciated the option to walk barefoot on the tatami floors throughout the building. the onsen was good. I liked the outdoor pool.

It was difficult to find a restaurant nearby. I wish i had known to book dinner at the hotel in advance. there were no taxis available, and the hotel shuttle wasn't running, leaving me with a long walk in the dark.

the staff was very friendly and efficient. they provided complimentary yakult and coffee, a pleasant surprise. i found the free kimono rentals and popsicles to be a good touch. the free ramen at 10 pm after onsen was welcome.

the hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the bus terminal. this made travel very convenient and much easier. the hotel provided ample free parking. the location was quiet providing a serene atmosphere.

I enjoyed the japanese gourmet dining and breakfast experiences, luxurious. the dining hall features individual cubicles. this ensured privacy for each group of guests. i could really taste the local miso. It was delicious

The hotel features tatami flooring throughout. i liked not needing to wear shoes inside the hotel. the onsen included two private options and a public one.

during check-in, there was an issue about pillows, i waited for about 30 minutes. three guests were present, but only two pillows were available. i was asked to pay extra for an additional pillow.
