The hotel provided a free shuttle to the station, useful. i stayed in a standard japanese-style room. It felt roomy. the onsen was great. I especially liked the open-air onsen. i enjoyed the stores and the bus shuttle too!!!

i found the hotel to be a bit far from the jr station. i relied on the hotel's bus for transportation. this added some time to my travel.

the front desk staff had great english skills the room was stylish. the tatami room felt large and clean it was also comfortable. the souvenir shop at the hotel had a large variety of regional souvenirs.

i found that the building we stayed in felt old the room also seemed dated.

the hotel possessed undeniable beauty, its super clean interiors a testament to meticulous care. staff displayed politeness, their helpfulness and attentiveness adding a layer of gentle care. i appreciated the easy walk to the train station and landmarks, and the shuttle service became a treasured convenience. Dinner tasted very good, and the breakfast variety filled my mornings with joy.

the hotel did not have an english language tv channel.

The executive lounge access was a plus. The dining hall had a wide selection of food. I used the onsen which was clean. The hotel shops offered a variety of souvenirs, though the parking was expensive!
