Wonderful Central Hotel

The hotel staff provided a friendly greeting upon arrival. We were welcomed with coffee, a thoughtful touch. Our room featured a modern design and was quite spacious. The bathroom was impeccably clean, and the carpets felt clean, with a soft texture. The location was near public transport, it was perfect!

The room carpet was really dirty. the bed wasnt comfortable either. the morning receptionist seemed off. He got angry about the taxi situation. it was like he tried to order us around, which i did not appreciate at all.

i stayed four nights. the room was very clean and spacious with a good roadside view. the bathroom was quite nice, and the toilet was clean. the location is central for reaching tourist places quickly. tram, train, and buses are nearby, and i found restaurants and shops close too.
i noticed there were no complimentary tea bags or coffee sachets in the room. only an electric kettle was provided. the juice machine showed many options, but only orange juice was available, and it wasn't fresh.

I was charmed by the staff. They offered coffee as a welcome. My room was spacious and clean. The city view was quite nice, and the prices were reasonable (a definite plus!).
