The location provides fine pyramid views. I spent hours on the rooftop. the staff were very attentive, especially bilal, who works at the café. the constant supply of complimentary water really helped with the egyptian heat!
The shower temperature was inconsistent. Adjusting it took some patience.

The common areas feature clean, well kept decor. They added to the experience. the hotel has three rooftop patios. Each offers unique viewing angles of the pyramids during the day and night. there are also multiple restaurants available.

The hotel is close to the pyramids. It is a major advantage. restaurants are located in the same street. They are easy to reach. being right next to the pyramids made early morning visits convenient.

The staff showed genuine hospitality. They immediately tried to assist with every request. the 24-hour reception was very helpful. It solved any issues we had. bilal at the rooftop café offered really good service.

I was super excited about the location. It's super close to the pyramids! the rooftop bar was awesome. I especially enjoyed the pyramid views during breakfast! breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were so helpful! the staff were particularly amazing at the rooftop bar. Very attentive!
The bathroom felt a little cramped. Just a minor thing though!
