glass windows wellness facilities parking fee room service
i had a room on the top floor it featured very large glass windows i liked the view. the health and wellness facilities were on the same floor i found it relaxing to use the wet and dry sauna after work.
the parking fee felt excessive it was 25 euros per day. i thought the room service fee was also quite high it added 20 euros to each order.

I found the breakfast delicious, and the panoramic room offered views. The restaurant created food that tasted amazing. Our room included petals and a handwritten note. I felt touched on our wedding night. The bathtub was a lovely extra.
I noticed the hotel offer basic services but charged for most.

a decent stay
nice layout easy light great shower uncleaned toilet dirty topper bothered manager
The room had a nice layout. i found it easy to turn off the lights. the shower was great. It worked very well.
The toilet was not cleaned when i checked in. That's not good. the bed toppers were disgusting and dirty. I was very disappointed. the housekeeping manager couldn't be bothered that the toilet was not clean and smelling of urine from previous guests!?

Really good Stay Near RAI
great layout amazing views nespresso machine
our comfort twin room had a great layout. floor to ceiling windows gave amazing views. it had nespresso machine, always a plus. i easily accessed the rai station, it made getting around so easy.
i found very few tv channels in english.

the hotel provides direct access to the rai train and metro station. this makes trips into the city center quick. getting to and from the airport takes approximately twenty minutes via sprinter shuttle.

the staff are efficient and polite. they address guest queries promptly. i found the reception staff to be helpful with directions and information regarding local transport options.

the hotel features a gym with modern equipment. there is also a spa area available . i really enjoyed the well kept sauna and found it very relaxing.
