good desk helpful staff breakfast buffet
The room had a good desk for laptop work. The staff provided helpful assistance. Breakfast featured a wonderful buffet with fruits cheeses eggs and yogurts.
The heating in the bathroom did not get warm.

decent stay with some issues
warm room street noise
the air conditioning did not seem to work properly the room was too warm i mentioned this to the reception but the issue was not resolved also the soundproofing was not good i could hear a lot of street noise at night it made it difficult to sleep i think there are areas that could be improved.

Really good Stay!
accommodating staff perfect location breakfast selection nice coffee
The staff were accommodating and provided everything I needed. The location was perfect for accessing transportation and local attractions. Breakfast offered a great selection from the buffet, and the coffee was quite nice. I appreciated the recommendation for a nearby restaurant. It provided a nice dining experience.
The temperature in the room was difficult to adjust. The controls seemed unresponsive.

The hotel is very close TO the central rail station. The breakfast buffet had very good options. Personnel were friendly. My room included adjustable air-conditioning.
The pillows were lumpy, and of poor quality. The tv was not a smart tv, unfortunately. Room furniture looked like cheap, old kitchen units.

polite staff convenient location enthusiastic receptionist
I found the breakfast really good with very respectful staff. the location suited my needs very well. one young man at reception, wearing glasses, was a fantastic asset. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always enthusiastic. the breakfast had so much choice and was available until 12.

Personnel were really gentle and helpful. I appreciate it. they permitted early check-in at 10 am upon my arrival since the room was available. the staff is very friendly and creates an nice atmosphere for all guests.

room upgrade amazing kindness delicious breakfast convenient access
I received a lovely room upgrade upon arrival. The staff displayed amazing kindness. I found the breakfast delicious, available until late morning. The location allowed convenient access to key sites, yet it remained peaceful.
The temperature in the room was slightly warmer than my preference, even with the heating turned off. I would have appreciated better control over the climate.

Acceptable stay, but some issues encountered
stained floors non-functional air conditioning
The breakfast was varied and generally satisfactory.
The room's cleanliness was questionable, I noticed stains on the floors. There were also no shower towels available upon my arrival, I had to request them. The air conditioning unit was not functional in winter weather, I could not turn it on.
