The hotel is very close TO the central rail station. The breakfast buffet had very good options. Personnel were friendly. My room included adjustable air-conditioning.
The pillows were lumpy, and of poor quality. The tv was not a smart tv, unfortunately. Room furniture looked like cheap, old kitchen units.

I found the breakfast really good with very respectful staff. the location suited my needs very well. one young man at reception, wearing glasses, was a fantastic asset. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always enthusiastic. the breakfast had so much choice and was available until 12.

Personnel were really gentle and helpful. I appreciate it. they permitted early check-in at 10 am upon my arrival since the room was available. the staff is very friendly and creates an nice atmosphere for all guests.

The hotel is near the central train station. This is very useful. it is within walking distance to the cathedral, river, and markets. the area is convenient for the station, cathedral, and a museum.

I received a lovely room upgrade upon arrival. The staff displayed amazing kindness. I found the breakfast delicious, available until late morning. The location allowed convenient access to key sites, yet it remained peaceful.
The temperature in the room was slightly warmer than my preference, even with the heating turned off. I would have appreciated better control over the climate.

The breakfast was varied and generally satisfactory.
The room's cleanliness was questionable, I noticed stains on the floors. There were also no shower towels available upon my arrival, I had to request them. The air conditioning unit was not functional in winter weather, I could not turn it on.
