i found staff very helpful. they let us leave our luggage after checkout since our flight wasn't until evening. breakfast was delicious. it had a great selection. the location was super, near the river for beautiful walks.
the hotel is between two busy roads, so there's a bit traffic noise even on the upper floors.

the hotel location was acceptable and helped me explore some nearby areas.
the housekeeping service was not great, like at all. i found a questionable stain on my towels, not cute. the minibar was empty, so i had to go to the store.

The location is convenient to the Rhine and Chocolate Museum. It is an easy walk to the city center. I found a great selection at breakfast. The sauna was a pleasant amenity.
I accidentally left a shopping bag containing two perfumes in the hotel reception area. Upon my return the following morning, one perfume was missing. My request to review the security cameras was denied because of hotel policy.
