fantastic stay!
accommodating staff excellent advice good breakfast
i was very happy with the accommodating staff. they didn't charge me for parking since i only stayed for two hours, and i needed to drive to folkestone. the receptionist offered excellent advice about my travel plans. the evening meal and breakfast were very good!!!
the bedroom carpet had stains, and it really needs a clean. i also couldn't use the bathroom mirrors to apply makeup because they were all steamed up after we both had showers.

tired rooms slow restocking
the rooms felt worn , and the decor seemed quite dated. i had to ask for the toilet to be cleaned upon arrival , this was not a great start. the breakfast service was chaotic , many items were gone quickly , and restocking was slow. the experience left me feeling a little deflated.

The location just off the motorway was convenient. the room was neat and very clean. the breakfast options were good. I found a variety that suited my needs.

the breakfast was fine, i guess. nothing special, but edible.
The room was... underwhelming. the air conditioning didn't work. A dirty fan sat on the table. also, parking cost extra. seriously?!

The staff were helpful. That was acceptable.
I found a broken window. cold wind came through it. It made the room very cold. the heating wasn't great, so the room remained uncomfortable.
