underwhelming stay
acceptable locationcard-only policymissing refund
the location was acceptable, close to the beach and restaurants.
The card-only policy was not ideal. i had brought euros for my holiday spends, and it was disappointing that the hotel largely didn't accept cash. setting up a tab with a minimum of 250€ felt unnecessary, especially with the need to track every purchase. i'm still waiting for the refund for the towel deposit.

The breakfast buffet offered vast choices. i enjoyed full english options alongside fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel grounds were super clean. The location is across from the beach.
the outdoor pools really should be heated even a little bit.

the room was super clean and cleaned daily the air conditioning worked very well. the food was top quality and cooked fresh. it was only a few steps to the beach just across the road from the hotel.
there was no music playing which was lovely it was very peaceful.
