Excellent Stay with Sea Views
spacious room large balcony ocean view
The room was spacious and well-appointed with a large balcony overlooking the sea. I appreciated the hotel's three restaurants, each offering ocean views, and I found the food to be consistently tasty. The staff was very helpful. Sandra at the front desk upgraded my room (a Premium Triple Room with Sea View) and had it ready early.
The entertainment options were limited. There was only a DJ one evening and a pianist playing non-relaxing music in the lobby on other days.

superb stay!
clean room amazing drinks
The room service was great. It was very clean and well kept. all staff members were friendly and helpful. the restaurant and bar offered fabulous options. the food and drinks were amazing. i really loved the sangria and hugo cocktails!

Decent Stay, but Service Needs Improvement
The hotel's location is right on the beach. I appreciated the ocean view from my room.
The poolside service was a letdown. On several occasions, the staff looked to be intentionally difficult. I found this behavior quite frustrating and unexpected from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

direct access breakfast buffet efficient staff
I was impressed by the hotel's direct beach access. It made mornings easy. The breakfast buffet offered various choices, from fresh fruit to cooked options. The staff handled requests quickly and efficiently. I found convenient bus stops near the hotel providing easy access to the city center.
The elevator system seemed a LITTLE slow during peak hours.

The concierge offered helpful advice regarding local attractions and transportation. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness daily. Waiters were attentive in the restaurants, ensuring prompt delivery of meals and attending to special dietary requirements. I DID appreciate the dedication of the team.
