The room was spacious and well-appointed with a large balcony overlooking the sea. I appreciated the hotel's three restaurants, each offering ocean views, and I found the food to be consistently tasty. The staff was very helpful. Sandra at the front desk upgraded my room (a Premium Triple Room with Sea View) and had it ready early.
The entertainment options were limited. There was only a DJ one evening and a pianist playing non-relaxing music in the lobby on other days.

The room service was great. It was very clean and well kept. all staff members were friendly and helpful. the restaurant and bar offered fabulous options. the food and drinks were amazing. i really loved the sangria and hugo cocktails!

The hotel's location is right on the beach. I appreciated the ocean view from my room.
The poolside service was a letdown. On several occasions, the staff looked to be intentionally difficult. I found this behavior quite frustrating and unexpected from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The elevator system seemed a LITTLE slow during peak hours.
