i was very charmed by the minibar's complimentary water and soft drinks. the staff was supportive, assisting with all requests. vadino, from the lobby team, added a special touch. the lifeguard at the pool also stood out with their proactivity.
during my stay, i found that the room's temperature was difficult to adjust. despite making adjustments to the settings, i couldn't seem to regulate it effectively. this was a bit inconvenient, especially during warmer parts of the day.

The hotel provided complimentary beverages in the mini bar, replenished daily. The breakfast offered an really good range of items. I found the location great for accessing the reliable buses to the city center. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable which was very helpful.
This made it unpleasant when leaving the room. Our room lacked a balcony. Drying towels and swimwear for four people proved nearly impossible.

The breakfast buffet included a fantastic range of choices, encompassing both sweet and savory options. It catered well to various dietary needs, including lactose-free alternatives. I found plenty of lunch options.

Reception staff were helpful and always attentive to our needs. The reception staff organized a birthday cake for my daughter and even sang a birthday song. They always had a special touch while we were there.
