small room no balcony
the breakfast had lots of options.
the room was the smallest in the hotel and i paid over £200 per night. there was no balcony, wardrobe, or hooks for clothes.

the breakfast buffet had so many choices. it was easily the best breakfast i ever had. the location had a bus stop only 20 meters away. the bus went straight to palma for only 2 euros.
the gym could have been more cute when i visited.

unhelpful staff stingy amenities
the room offered a decent sea view..
the staff were really unhelpful, especially at reception. getting any kind of assistance reminded me of pulling teeth. plus, our room lacked basic amenities like complimentary water, which seemed pretty stingy for the price we paid. it definitely wasn't the relaxing getaway i was hoping for.

fantastic adults-only retreat
sea access swimming pool mobile app ample parking
the hotel provided direct access to the sea and a nice swimming pool. i found easy ordering for food and drinks using a mobile app. orders were brought right to my sunbed which i appreciated. ample parking was available across the street for €14 a day.
The room door could slam shut easily. Otherwise, the rooms were generally quiet.

The hotel has a large swimming pool with seaside views. It offers quick sea access for swimming. there are multiple hot tub options available in the spa underneath the pool, a super feature. also, direct bus to palma stops at the hotel.

the hotel location was great. i appreciated the private beach access and the pool. our room had a large balcony with a hot tub. the shower pressure and temperature worked very well. breakfast offered a huge variety of options. i found the poolside service to be excellent i could order via an app.
the spa water smelled bad and its quality was subpar the hotel's price needs better quality in its installations and spa.

excellent breakfast high standard cleaning good quality supplies plenty sunbeds
The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of fresh options and good quality foods. The room was cleaned daily to very high standards. Vanity supplies, tooth brushes, body wash and shampoo are of really good quality.
The gym was a little small and could use a few more equipment options.
