superb decoration clean room comfy bed long check-in queue system boom gate
the room was superbly decorated and clean the bed was super comfy. breakfast was awesome with many choices. the location is ideal to enjoy the city. there are various restaurants available.
the check-in took too long this was not ideal. there are several counters for check-in with their own queue which is not very systematic. waiting times at the boom gate was also long after check-out.

Excellent Hotel Experience
convenient transportation great location
I found the location superb with easy access to key attractions. The hotel arranged convenient airport transportation, meeting me and escorting me to security on my return. I appreciated the efficient service and attention to detail.
The TV console in my room was not in good condition. The door slipped when touched. The hotel is aware of these issues and plans upgrades. I hope this happens soon.

The hotel boasts a prime location near attractions. My room had a nice park view. The gym was well equipped with multiple machines.
