great location friendly staff good air conditioning
the location was amazing! shops and dining were very close. the room also had good air conditioning. the staff were friendly and helpful .
the parking was difficult to find even with directions, i had to ask for help.

useful safe fresh fruits convenient checkout
The hotel room had a useful safe and fridge. Staff provided all toiletries. A buffet breakfast included fresh fruits and smoked salmon. Check out time was conveniently up to 12 noon.

the hotel location was great for walking around the city. the staff was helpful and efficient. the room had great air-conditioning and a big comfy bed.
the bathroom fan did not work, and there was no window. we had to deal with bad smells . the hotel was not full, they didn't want to change our room.

the hotel is close to a train station with multiple bus lines available. the town center is also easily accessible. the stadium is a few stops away and plenty of food options are nearby, so you can find meals without going far. the guggenheim is within walking distance too.

perfect location and excellent service
delicious breakfast lovely space
The hotel has a super location near the central station i also found it in the heart of the city the staff were helpful the breakfast was delicious and had a good selection i really enjoyed the outdoor space. It allowed relaxation.

the staff was very cute and helpful reception was efficient with check-in and check-out they also offered assistance with storing my luggage before check-in it was a smooth process.

the staff were friendly and approachable at least.
The breakfast had very limited choices. This annoyed me. also, the room was not properly cleaned. i found some hairs in the bathroom sink when i arrived, and that was disgusting.

underwhelming stay
lack of air conditioning loss of privacy
the hotel's location was acceptable it was near the city center.
the room lacked air conditioning, so it was uncomfortable during warmer times. opening the windows resulted in bugs entering and a loss of privacy, as neighbors were clearly visible across the way. i was definitely not impressed.
