the breakfast offered excellent value. the staff was helpful, especially maria who always greeted me with a smile. the location was a short walk to tourist spots, and plenty of restaurants and cafes were very close. i found the staff friendly .

the hotel is situated close to plaza de la constitution. it's near the main shopping street, approximately seven minutes away. the location is also convenient for accessing the tourist office and the covered market.

breakfast included a coffee machine and selections of fresh fruit juices. they offered detox water, alongside fresh fruit, yogurts, and cereals. i could have lovely breads, cakes and pastries each morning, i appreciated this.

i found the location convenient. i loved that i could easily walk to many attractions. the friendly staff assisted with directions, they suggested local spots i might enjoy. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room.
the street noise was noticeable at times, especially during the evening. this affected sleep quality slightly, although i managed.

the air conditioning did not function adequately it failed to cool the room sufficiently for comfortable sleep. i found little assistance from the front desk regarding this issue. also the room felt cramped for space given the price paid and my expectations were unmet in regard to the air conditioning's performance.
