friendly staff convenient location breakfast spread
the staff were super friendly and helpful! the location was really convenient with a metro station just a short walk away i saw water fountains on each floor, i thought that was a really nice touch, and the little garden in the center added to the charm. the breakfast had a fantastic spread i enjoyed the fresh pastries especially!
the room was a bit smaller than i expected.

The staff was friendly at check in. The room was very clean. Its location was great. I also appreciated the separate facilities, it was like we were in one big room.

charming and well-located
charming atmosphere cosy room efficient air conditioning fresh towels
The hotel has a charming atmosphere. my attic room felt cosy. the air conditioning worked well. i found the staff very nice. fresh towels were provided each day, room cleaned daily, and the bathroom was always super clean. i had breakfast at the hotel several days. Everything tasted fresh and of good quality.
the room was small, i could hear neighbor's showers sometimes.

the hotel is situated away from the busiest tourist areas. it is still within reasonable walking distance to main attractions, such as the pantheon. i walked there in about 10 minutes.

Very nice stay AT this GEM
cozy beds excellent water pressure tea station
I found the beds cozy WITH crisp linens. The en-suite bathrooms have excellent water pressure AND reliable temperature control. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities SUCH as the coffee and tea station with a kettle. The reception staff were friendly and always ready to assist, which I appreciate.
My room was VERY small making it difficult to move around , i found tripping over luggage quite inconvenient. The furnishings and overall condition of the room felt dated. It gave the impression of it not being well cared for. The bathroom was old with an awkward shower spray , which I found quite disappointing.

I found the staff very kind. The room had tea and coffee facilities. There was also a mini bar and a safe. The shower size was good. The rooms were beautifully maintained.
