i found the staff cute . they assisteds with directions and offered suggestions for local activities. i liked a peaceful walk through the hotel gardens to the lake.
the bar area was a little busy later at night, which makes finding a seat tricky.

The breakfast had plenty of options and the food was AMAZING!!! I walked through beautiful gardens down to the lake. The scenery was quite fine. It was a short drive to nearby towns. This location is very convenient. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly.
The coffee pods in my room were not replenished . I had to be mindful of the initial supply.

the wi-fi signal was weak and intermittent. i needed to reconnect frequently. this made it difficult to do any work.

the team was superb. they were always so friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. the breakfast was really excellent. i loved my ground floor room, it had a patio, a special feature that led directly to the gardens. it was perfect for me.
the dinner menu seemed a touch expensive, but i found tasty alternatives.

The check-in process experienced a hiccup. I received the wrong room keys initially. The noise level in my room was disruptive. A large group of walkers gathered loudly outside my door at 7 a.m. late-night smoking on the patio next door created both noise and unpleasant odors. This situation required better management.
