The food offered much variety and tasted fresh. I also enjoyed the poolside snack bar for lunch (especially the kebabs!).
The lifts can be a logistical NIGHTMARE.

the adults only pool section was amazing!!! the views were very nice. reception smelled amazing, and all staff were lovely. i especially appreciated that i was given a box of snacks to help me settle after checking in late. the room was easy to find, and the hotel is huge!
the pools are not big enough for the amount of people staying here, it was crowded.

the hotel sits on top of a hill. you can walk down some steps to reach shops and bars, or take a taxi for convenience. the location offers great views of the sea.

the food choices at the all inclusive package were decent. the hotel seemed well-run.
The animation was a bit weak. the entertainment options lacked energy. the tables were not cleared quickly enough, especially outside. Pigeons became annoying as a result.

The hotel offers different pool areas. Also adults only areas. the view of the sea was very nice from the pool. the room was spacious and had netflix access. the food was good for a buffet of that size.
the hotel location is fine if you are fairly able bodied. the europa centre is about ten minutes walk up a very steep bank. a taxi ride back up costs about 5 euros. lift 10/11 is an issue for them. apparently, it has been known to drop small distances.

the hotel cleanliness impressed me the decor felt modern a new spa area is an additional enhancement the hydrotherapy pool area offered a peaceful escape from the main pool i found the views from the balcony amazing child friendly games were available
the pools were smaller than anticipated this made them feel overcrowded it could use better management of sun loungers
