the staff WAs generally friendly and helpful. that's something i CAN acknowledge.
checking out proved disgusting. i couldn't leave until 6 pm but checkout IS at 12. i seemed like the hotel made ME wait three hours on arrival for my room.

i liked the adult pool area. it opened at 10 am daily, the water was clean. the restaurant had a wide selection. there were staff members always willing to help
