fantastic stay!

comfy bedsnice touchhot water
I really enjoyed my stay! the beds were comfy ensuring a restful night's sleep. the complimentary coffee, tea, apples, bananas, and biscuits are available at all times. It added a nice touch to the stay. the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting.
The hot water took 15-20min to arrive each time i wanted to shower. It was terrible. i contacted the team twice one night, and they didn't have a solution. also, there was no balance between hot water to cold water. It was difficult to get tepid water.

thin windowsfirm pillows
I liked the hotel's vibe and sustainable focus, but some things disappointed me. my room faced the street, and the thin windows let in all the noise. traffic and sirens kept me awake at night. also, the pillows were too firm for my liking. I found it hard to relax fully.

the staff were friendly and helpful. it was acceptable.
My room was tiny with no outside window, super stiff. I expected more. the only other option presented was a basement room. i didn't like that the window had just a small option to open.
