delicious breakfast great location thin wall missing rack
The breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of options. The location was also great. It was close to Victoria Station.
The walls were thin. I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. There were no luggage racks in the room. It was difficult to store our suitcases.

I enjoyed the breakfast each day a lot. It was always yummy to have it made to order. Staff seemed nice. The location are convenience and it are a short walk from Victoria Coach station.
The curtains were not large enough for the window and did let lots of light inside the room. Room are very small too, especially the bathroom. I could here other rooms toilet flushes with water running down the wastes pipes.

A good stay
convenient location helpful staff excellent breakfast stylish decor
The hotel location near Victoria station proved convenient. Staff members were helpful at all times. Breakfast had excellent choices with hot items. The room decor included very nice linens and stylish furnishings. I also liked that it was close to Victoria coach station, because I had to catch a Cunard chartered coach to Southampton. There are good restaurants in the area, which includes picturesque Elizabeth street.
The room i stayed in was SMALL, normal for this city.

this hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee in each room, this adds a touch of convenience and comfort . Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy and well kept. There is luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

a continental buffet breakfast is available with pastries, toast, yogurt, and fruit, that gave ample options. Hot breakfast choices were also available with my rate. The chef made blueberry pancakes for my daughter, she adored them.

the comfy double room had stylish decor and very nice linens, this. The bed was comfortable, and i had a restful sleep each night. Complimentary toiletries were provided, a great touch.

limited space small room
The staff was helpful and considerate . (I thought that was nice of them).
The room was quite small and it lacked space for luggage. There was no luggage rack. This made organizing my belongings a bit difficult and inconvenient. I had to keep my suitcase on the floor, which further reduced the limited space.

I adored the beautiful interior décor. The style felt romantic. Our room was very spacious and perfect for my solo trip. I found everything very clean.
The room was really tiny. The bathroom reminded me of a closet. I also noticed a faint gas smell.

A Wizarding Getaway that was like a Dream
wizard newspaper good surprise beautiful chamber
Our family stayed in a wizard chamber for an lovely experience. The wizard newspaper, letter key, and coins added a touch of magic upon arrival. The kids loved exchanging coins for snacks. It was a good surprise. We snuggled down and enjoyed Harry Potter DVDs in our beautiful chamber. It was all just so perfect.
Our room was quite small. The bathroom was especially tight, but it didn't overshadow the enchanting experience.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The coffee was the nicest and freshest I have ever tasted. The wizard cream tea was beyond magical. The treats were good and beautifully presented. I recommend it.
