I appreciated the car service arranged by the hotel from the bus depot. The driver was professional. Check-in was seamless even though I arrived early at 11 AM. amazing architectureriverside suiteseamless arrivalwarm welcome
the architecture displays amazing detail and historical charm. i particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the riverside premier suite. it was well worth the extra cost for the generous space. valet parking provided a seamless arrival, complemented by a genuinely warm welcome at the reception.
i found the spa facilities to be slightly smaller than i anticipated, it felt a little hidden away.
