the hotel has coin laundry facilities. the tv in the room showed laundry room activity. there are ice dispensers on several floors. blackout curtains kept the room dark.

The hotel is beautifully designed with thoughtful details. The rooms are huge and very clean. The breakfast had a great mix of Japanese and Western options. I especially liked the gift shop with unique high-quality products.

I was a little surprised to be charged for fresh milk for coffee instead of the cream provided.

the hotel's location proved advantageous, as i found myself steps away from the vibrant omicho market. i also appreciated the spacious and clean room , with a restful environment. a wonderful breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations , presenting numerous high-quality options.

despite numerous positives , i noticed limited english proficiency among some staff members , which occasionally posed minor communication challenges.
