Good location and clean rooms

I enjoyed the proximity to the government building. It had free entrance to the observatory on the 45th floor. The hotel is connected to Shinjuku station by underground passageways, great for rainy days. I found it was very convenient for shoppers.
I found I cannot extend one elbow even halfway in hall of room. Luggage had to be stored in check in area storeroom if it wasn't packed. Walls were so thin, I could hear my neighbors, including when they snore.

the front desk area looked very beautiful. the check in process seemed quick and seamless. i would definitely recommend this hotel. the ground floor has a convenience store and affordable restaurants.
the room felt so small, like a cheese wedge. we could not unpack our bags unless they were on the bed. there was no storage besides a few coat hangers on the wall. noticeable carpet stains were present in several places.

i found the check-in process wonderfully smooth. fresh towels looked in my room each day, a small comfort i welcomed after long days.
the room's temperature felt a little too warm, almost stuffy. also, the pillow was not quite to my liking, it was too firm.

I had some issues . The walls seemed thin. I could hear hallway conversations too easily! the bathroom step was unexpectedly high. I even bumped my head a couple times in the shower because the ceilings felt low.
