Excellent boutique experience

I enjoyed the modern design elements in the hotel. The fast check-in process was convenient. A complimentary welcome drink (beer or sparkling wine) at the bar was offered, which i found a nice touch. The breakfast was great (especially the eggs offered from the menu).
The staff didn't seem to know a lot about the hotel, for example about parking.

The location is next to St Catherine's church. It is within a walking distance to almost everything. This makes it easy to navigate and access nearby attractions. There is a neighborhood pizza restaurant nearby.

The personnel are very friendly and helpful. I was accepted on arrival well before official check-in time. This allowed me to gain extra time. The reception staff demonstrated flexibility.

The room included Occitaine Vervein toiletries (a nice bonus). It also featured easy-to-operate touch-switches for lights. There was also a bathrobe and slippers available. Coffee and tea were also provided.

The room offered adequate space and light. The location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
I encountered some disappointments. The climate control in the room did not function properly, causing discomfort during the night. The minibar was also not working, an inconvenience. The staff seemed indifferent to these issues, offering no apology or attempt to rectify the situation.
