The location was great, super close to the tram station. breakfast was delicious too. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the solid wood doors were a nice touch. They felt very sturdy.

the cleaner didn't clean my hair in the drain! also the bathroom window was broken, it wasn't closed perfect. i requested they fix the window, but nothing happened. since it was chilly outside, this wasn't something to overlook.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby. the staff were warm and helpful. They even upgraded my room, that was very nice. i also received a takeaway breakfast because i had an early start one morning.

the hotel did not have a big sign at the front entrance. it was hard to find it on arrival because of this. also, i didn't realize the room door does not automatically lock on exit.

the room had clean sheets, fresh linens changed daily and soft pillows. its scandinavian and japanese design created a cozy feel. the enormous shower was a great feature, it felt very spacious.

breakfast provided ample choice and variety! i could ask for decaffeinated coffee each time. the tasty roasted tomatoes were a highlight, they made breakfast that much better. quality fittings added a touch of elegance to the dining area.

The breakfast had lots of choices and fresh fruits. The location was central and very quiet even with the cobblestone street near. I found it very nice.

The cleaner did not cleaned my hair in the drain in my bathroom. the bathroom window was broken and it wasn't closed perfect. This was something I did not like.
