my room was quite spacious, and i found the bed super comfy. the toiletries provided were a luxury, i was pleased with this. the room key on my phone made check-in convenient before i arrived. the staff was really helpful with questions i had.

the app as a key sometimes froze, so i needed to restart it for access, it's not that fun.

the hotel location allows easy access to many attractions. i walked easily to central station for transport. shops and restaurants are also nearby and convenient, i didn't lack of anything.

my studio city view provided good space. the decoration of the rooms used nice details. it was super clean when i arrived and throughout my stay, which i value a lot.

the digital approach worked well for me. the app contained all needed information and it's nice. i contacted the staff and they were very nice in contacting me to see if the key worked.

mixed feelings about this tech-heavy stay

unreliable hoursno on-site staff

i found the lack of on-site staff a bit unsettling. everything depended on their app, and i had trouble getting in the room. plus, ordering food from the revier restaurant next door didn't worked out as advertised, its opening hours was unreliable. if you are without a working phone you may face an issue with accessing the building.

the location is great. it's really near many main attractions. the rooms decor were pretty nice and had nice bed linens. breakfast were served individually and tasted very good.

the hotel had really heavy doors. they were very difficult to open. i think its not worth the price. i didnt see anyone around. staff were no where to be seen
