the room was very clean and well maintained. the automated check in process was straightforward and i didn't need to speak to anyone, which i liked. i also enjoyed that the location was convenient for walking around the city.
the app i used as a room key sometimes needed reloading before it would work. this made getting into my room a little slower at times.

my room was quite spacious, and i found the bed super comfy. the toiletries provided were a luxury, i was pleased with this. the room key on my phone made check-in convenient before i arrived. the staff was really helpful with questions i had.
the app as a key sometimes froze, so i needed to restart it for access, it's not that fun.

the hotel location allows easy access to many attractions. i walked easily to central station for transport. shops and restaurants are also nearby and convenient, i didn't lack of anything.

mixed feelings about this tech-heavy stay
unreliable hoursno on-site staff
i found the lack of on-site staff a bit unsettling. everything depended on their app, and i had trouble getting in the room. plus, ordering food from the revier restaurant next door didn't worked out as advertised, its opening hours was unreliable. if you are without a working phone you may face an issue with accessing the building.

the location is great. it's really near many main attractions. the rooms decor were pretty nice and had nice bed linens. breakfast were served individually and tasted very good.
the hotel had really heavy doors. they were very difficult to open. i think its not worth the price. i didnt see anyone around. staff were no where to be seen
