the rooms were clean and very roomy. the location is perfect near many things. i liked the kids club a lot. breakfast had a lot of western and international food.
the room i was assigned to had a safety box. this safety box was not working. i found a strong bad smell and humidity when i entered the room.

the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel maintains a calm ambience throughout the complex. the facilities are first class, so is the gym. it makes it a pleasant experience.

employees are very nice at this hotel. rooms were cleaned perfect every day. the staff are amazing and super friendly. i found staff were lovely and helpful .

The two pools within view from my room were great. Other pools on the hotel's opposite side were also lovely. i only had to cross the road for beach access. the terrazzo restaurant offered an really good dining experience. the staff was very helpful and respectful.
the room cleaning service forgot to replenish the shampoo one day.

excellent locationrefreshing swimclean room
the location proved really good with its proximity to various attractions. the pool access offered direct entry to a refreshing swim (it felt so exclusive!). the rooms felt quite spacious. the complimentary mini bar was a good surprise. i loved that the rooms were cleaned well each day.

The location was prime. it was so close to the beach! dining choices were abundant. I was thrilled. the staff worked hard to meet every need. everything felt well-managed. it was a seriously smooth stay.
i found the gym equipment slightly outdated, with only a couple of working treadmills. a small upgrade would make a big difference. it would encourage more people to use the facilities.

The location was excellent. The beachfront was only 20 meters away. massage places, laundry services, and a 7-eleven were all within 50 meters! i also found many restaurants within a 200-meter walk. the pool was family-friendly and large enough for everyone. i could even order smoothies and pizza right by the pool.
It got a little too hot there
