great staff tasty food daily changes warm feeling
i really liked the staff in the executive lounge, especially mooky, khaow, friend, sunny, and nok. i thought the cocktails were great, and the food was tasty with daily changes. i appreciated how welcomed i felt there.

the staff at bella sera showed excellent service. i had lost my bracelet, and they took good care of it. when i got it back, they made sure i was the owner, nice.

the location is between asoke and nana. both stations are about a 10 minute walk. there is a covered walkway from the station, great during rain.

The lobby redesign impressed me. It was cute with a beautiful floral display. In-room dining food was excellent and served quickly. The thai choices offered very good value for money..
The hedges surrounding the sunbeds seemed a haven for insects. I thought the swimming pool could have been spruced up a LITTLE.

a mixed stay
air conditioning gold member
the room i got was a bit underwhelming. the air conditioning was controlled by a tablet, this made it difficult to adjust without fully turning the lights on. also, i requested a fresh coconut for breakfast each morning and they seemed very hesitant, acting as if other guests would want it too, though i am a gold member. it just felt a bit cheap for such a hotel.
