royal experience

fresh food central position spacious room equal elegance

i enjoyed the breakfast set in a former dancing room. it had fresh food offerings and an excellent selection. the hotel's central position near the parliament and metro station made evening strolls easy. the spacious room had comfort and elegance.

the main reception was empty on arrival and a sign directed me to another floor. i had to carry my luggage myself with no assistance. i expect a 5-star hotel to offer luggage assistance.

The staff were helpful in answering questions and arranging activities at reception. the breakfast room staff were professional. the hotel bar served an really good cocktail in a soothing ambiance. It was tranquil.

my room had a bathtub and a separate shower. the hotel provided gluten-free options. the dining room was beautiful. there were also bubbly drinks downstairs when i arrived back in the afternoons, what a treat!

The staff were friendly. They helped me with restaurant bookings. The location was good. I appreciate a great breakfast with a comprehensive choice.

The heat in the room was a problem. It was too hot unless I opened the windows. The room service menu was not updated. I experienced some price differences on the bill.

The dining room for breakfast WAS exquisite. I found the rooms spacious, a VERY welcome feature. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. They provided excellent customer service.
