helpful staff great breakfast low budget high cost
The staff, especially Francois, was very helpful. The breakfast was great. I found fabulous views too.
The room furniture seemed low budget though the cost was very high. I felt the photos did not resemble the room at all at that price.

welcome fruit excellent service
I enjoyed the welcome fruit and the port in my room. It felt special. the staff showed excellent service. i got great directions and advice about local routes from rio and francois. They were always available.
i noticed the cleaning could have been better. the furniture selection felt a little random. the bed was smaller than i expected.

the reception staff offered helpful explanations about points of interest in the city. they marked places on a map. the team consistently aimed to ensure that we had a wonderful visit.

My room included bathrobes, slippers, and face cloths, and i appreciated them. fresh fruit and port were replenished every day in the room. This was a plus! the shower was also excellent.

The location provided convenient access to the castle. It was just steps away. there were easy connections to the metro. there were buses, trams, and walkable routes to explore the historic area.

wonderful lodging experience
breakfast patio fine views fresh breakfast duplex suite
the breakfast patio provides fine views including the tagus river and christo rei. breakfast each morning featured fresh items. our room, the duplex, included a living area and loft. the hotel is near são jorge castle. its location makes downtown accessible by foot.
the shower lacks privacy, it is visible from the balcony. the hotel dont provide enough water for the espresso machine. it can takes half an hour to get more water

my room had very good conditioning. it featured complimentary apples, kiwi, and coffee. the room was also spacious, it had a comfortable bed, and a well equipped bathroom.

the staff always demonstrates friendliness. they were keen to explain the main points of interest. the staff insists to carry luggage from taxi. this ensures convenience upon arrival and departure.

hastily installed plumbing loose pipe
the staff are helpful and friendly it is true.
the room was not thoughtfully designed it looks a little rough, also the bathroom plumbing looked hastily installed, the shower control pipe was loose it was visible into the wall too.
