Really good stay
spacious suite premium duvets separate shower large bathroom
The king suite balcony square view was very spacious. The decor seemed upbeat. The bed provided total comfort with premium duvets and pillows. The large bathroom included a separate shower. I was very pleased with this aspect.
The rooftop bar did not open until late afternoon, limiting some enjoyment during the day.

A rooftop lounge offers an awesome space.. The rooftop pool is available. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Doors remained locked at night.

Breakfast time was flexible, awesome for late meals. The bar downstairs provides alternative options. I did appreciate that drinks could be brought up to the roof. The staff readily assisted.

The hotel is very close to many historic sites. The location has great access to metro and taxi services. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and nightlife options. The surrounding area is active.

spacious room friendly staff poor isolation difficult sleep
My room was spacious and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful answering all my questions. Victor especially deserves a shout-out!!!
Unfortunately, the sound isolation was poor. I could hear everything happening in the street, so I was provided with earplugs. This made sleep difficult. The location wasn't the best.

mixed feelings about my stay
air conditioning issues rooftop terrace
The room i initially received did not match what i booked. It lacked a balcony. it took pressing the reception to acknowledge its existence, discovering air conditioning issues. eventually, i moved to a different room, but the air conditioning still wasn't properly fixed. the lack of staff on the rooftop terrace was frustrating. Buying drinks involved long waits at the lobby bar.

Charming Stay Near Plaça Reial
private pool rooftop bar great location
The location was great near the Plaça Reial. My room was a Superior King Room Private Pool Terrace. The terrace had its own pool and lounge area perfect for summer. The top-floor bar offered nice views of Plaça Reial.
The hotel lacked a proper lobby. It felt somewhat unattended.
