coffee machine soft linen large bath
the room offered a coffee machine with complimentary biscuits i found this very convenient. i also appreciated the soft linen and towels provided they were a nice touch. the large bath was a major plus it was perfect.
the breakfast selection had little variety

Quiet Hotel stay
lovely room well equipped comfortable sleep quiet location
The hotel rooms were very lovely. Rooms were equipped well and allowed for a comfortable sleep. The location was in a quiet setting. I walked 20 minutes to the Royal Mile.
The shower was a bit stiff to operate.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly. They were helpful from check-in to check-out, even allowing me to leave my luggage after I checked out until the evening, very convenient for exploring.

I started each day with the continental breakfast. It included a variety of cereals and porridge. There was plenty of food available. I found it a great way to begin my explorations.

Grateful for a Wonderful Stay
excellent breakfast clean room helpful staff
The breakfast was excellent. I appreciated the wide array of options available. My room was clean. I had a very restful sleep. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They addressed all my needs promptly.
The window in my room was a little difficult to open. I think it could use some maintenance.

The room was very spacious and well kept. It included modern amenities. I especially liked the comfortable bed and the ample storage space it provided. A HUGE plus, the bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower. The temperature was easy to control.

Staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. I really valued this. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The reception was consistently staffed. It ensured assistance was always available. The staff's politeness.
Facilities

The hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the hotel. I appreciated this a lot. I noticed a breakfast buffet that included both hot and cold options. There was also a small business center available with printing facilities. What A bonus! Everything felt very high quality.

The location offered easy access to public transportation. This was really convenient. Several restaurants and shops were nearby within walking distance. The immediate area felt safe and quiet. I am grateful for this. i found it easy to get around.

basic stay with some issues
limited options cold bathroom
The breakfast was a real letdown. Very limited options. the room felt quite cold. The bathroom was freezing. a small heater was provided, but it could not be used in the bathroom. the mattresses really need replacing too.

accommodating staff spacious room good breakfast dated room small bathroom weak shower
the staff was VERY accommodating and always had a smile. my room was nice and spacious for one person. breakfast offered good choices, included fresh fruit EVERY morning.
the room felt a LITTLE dated. the bathroom, while clean, seemed rather small. the shower pressure WAS weak, difficult to enjoy a quick rinse.
