surprisingly pleasant stay

location provides easy access to many attractions. the staff brought an extra pillow promptly. shower had STRONG pressure. i also appreciated that bathrobes arrived quickly. the size was also a big bonus.
the bar was kinda EMPTY at times, a little inconvenient for a late-night drink.

my spacious room included a seperate toilet, i found it convinient. a nice balcony was also available, it adds an outdoor space. the room's modern design added to THE comfort.

the front desk staff were very helpful, i noticed them assisting with directions. i found them quite funny and they seemed to enjoy their job. i found them easy to approach with any question.

the breakfast offered a big variety. i spotted many options, suiting various dietary needs. it provided a good start to the day, i considered this to be a plus. the breakfast area was well kept.

the hotel offers bicycle rentals, i saw many people cycling. having this option makes exploring easy. i felt its especially useful, seeing as the area is popular. i would have considerd it if i had more time.

The room was indeed HUGE. I liked the hotel location close to Checkpoint Charlie. Breakfast presented many options. The staff acted very professional.
The air conditioning system DID not cool the room adequately.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide array of choices including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. There were pancakes prepared fresh and a wide selection of drinks. Staff consistently replenished items.

The room had a generous size. It was also very clean. I liked that the hotel sits on a quiet street. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach.
The pillows was too soft. I used two pillows, but they still didn't offer enough support. There was not sufficient lighting in the bedroom area. Breakfast was expensive.

The location suited my needs adequately. The staff was available at all hours.
The room I received had a persistent odor. It smelled like stale smoke, even though the hotel claimed to have non-smoking rooms. I also found the minibar was not properly stocked. It lacked several items listed on the inventory sheet.
