Excellent Ginza Location and Amenities

The hotel's location is excellent. It is walkable to shopping areas and food spots. I found a connecting entrance to a Family Mart next door very convenient. The 24-hour reception was also very helpful.
The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Sleeping without earplugs was difficult.

Teas and coffees are complimentary. I appreciated these thoughtful touches. There are countless restaurants within walking distance. Made finding food easy.

i found many complimentary amenities available, including toothbrushes, hairbrushes, teas, and coffees. this hotel also provides washers and dryers,. a convenience store is on the first floor. i could get anything i needed anytime.
the lack of bottled drinking water was a minor inconvenience. i wish there were free coffee available.
