An OK stay, a few drawbacks

respectful staff elegant furnishings poor insulation limited menus

The staff were polite. The hotel held our suitcases in storage during our trips around the country. The room had elegant furnishings and a classic look. It was well stocked with all the essentials I needed. The location is in a very upscale neighborhood.

I found the room insulation to be lacking. The hotel lacks several facilities such as a gym. Breakfast is not a buffet and there were only three fixed menus each day.
