great food comfortable bed quiet room
the breakfast had a great food choice. the bed was very comfortable. the room was very quiet even though the hotel is close to roads!
i noticed a slight delay when the tv responded to commands.

different layout great shower cool design wonderful decoration
The layout in my queen room was super different and really worked for me! the shower was great. i enjoyed the bar and restaurant design a lot. It had such a cool feel. the hotel had wonderful decorations inside. It felt really festive and cute.
i couldn't find parking directly at the hotel when i arrived, a bit inconvenient.

my standard queen room included an iron, very useful for attending a wedding. the beds and pillows were comfortable, made my sleep amazing. it felt spacious and clean.

Breakfast was really good. It offered plenty of options. i found the bar facilities to be really nice too. A great spot to unwind. the staff were friendly. They are a real asset to this hotel!!!

blood stain available parking
The location was acceptable and breakfast offered good choices.
I felt let down by the lack of available parking. No prior information prepared me for a ten-minute walk to alternative parking with an extra cost. I also discovered a blood stain on one of the towels. These issues impacted my stay negatively.

the hotel was dog friendly, which i loved. my dog, cleo, felt welcome. staff were helpful and the room was great. i also appreciated how walkable it was to core areas and universities.
i waited nearly 30 mins to check in. there was minimal information given about where to park off site, causing further delays.

the bedroom felt spacious and comfortably warm. it included high-quality body and hair shampoo (apotheke). i received nice packaging infused coffees, canned still water, and grandma wild's yummy biscuits, a lovely touch.
