poor soundproofinggloomy lighting
The soundproofing wasnt good i could hear noises from other rooms, frustrating. the bathroom felt small and the room had this strange old red color scheme and gloomy lighting. breakfast also lacked variety. I even saw grapes put out without them being washed.

the hotel had an amazing outdoor heated pool. it was close to both the train and local shops, made exploring really easy. our room, a double room eiger view, offered fine views from the balcony. i could hear the water rushing down the mountain, it was so relaxing!
the furniture in the rooms felt a bit old for the price i paid.

I found the jungfrau suite so great for my family, especially with teenagers! the hotel's location made it super easy to catch buses and trains. Plus, the ski storage on the main floor was convenient, with a bus to the gondola at grindelwald terminal. the awesome pool and breakfast were a huge bonus!
The bathroom felt a bit small, i guess. Plus, the old red color scheme combined with gloomy lighting made the room seem a little dated, a brighter, fresher look would make a big difference
