The room I received was not poolside as I booked months in advance. I was assigned a room at the back of the hotel. It was run down and disappointing, unlike my previous stays from years ago.

i stayed in a beautiful double room. the room included a tv and balcony. housekeeping provided fresh towels daily. the air conditioning worked well.
The hotel hallways need better ventilation. They smelled musty.
