i appreciated the location on top of the fell. the skiing center offered excellent ski opportunities. the breakfast selection had many good options.

cozy roomfabulous viewdiligent staff

the scenic view room was really good. it was very cozy with a fabulous view and plenty of space. i enjoyed my time there. the staff were diligent especially since we had a few serious food allergies.

the breakfast had small minus. almost everything WAS finished. there were almost no cold cuts, cheeses, berries, fruits, yogurt, vegetables.

friendly staffearly check-inluxurious breakfaststrong water

I really appreciated the friendly staff. They allowed early check-in as soon as my room was ready. since i had a lengthy flight, this hospitality was so welcome. breakfast offered MANY options. I found it pretty luxurious. the sauna WORKS WELL, and the water pressure was strong. This added greatly to my relaxation after LONG DAYS.

The windows were not as CLEAR as i expected for optimal viewing. Heater operation to melt ice ON WINDOWS was somewhat INEFFECTIVE.

The breakfast buffet presented many european options, and they seemed adequate. those accustomed to turkish-style breakfasts MAY find it limited. dinner had options like fried reindeer with creamy mushroom sauce and white fish available, both of which i enjoyed very much.

This hotel sits atop A HILL near a ski resort. Access to the slope IS EASY. sleighs are AVAILABLE for guest use. the hotel is not in the city CENTER.

The aurora cabin FEATURED amenities. THESE ensured comfort. the room was sufficiently warm, even during WINTER. the amenities ARE well maintained and regularly checked. the space IS designed for relaxation and functionality.

The staff WAS KIND. They were helpful when we had AN accident. the staff operating the hotel taxi WAS VERY NICE. porter service for luggage was NOT available, REQUIRING guests to manage luggage on an icy hill.
