the dinner service took about two and a half hours for three courses, it felt unnecessarily long. i did not find a choice between two items for each course. basic beer, wine and soft drinks were not available, especially disappointing for the price.

the cabins are cosy. bush views are present from many cabins, but some face the snow hotel. the staff was kind and helpful. i could text reception, and they answered quickly. alexandra kindly drove me from the airport to my cabin because i needed a walking stick for an injury.

dinner service was somewhat slow, taking about 2.5 hours for three courses.

the chalet we stayed in was lovely. the breakfast was good (i especially liked the variety of breads). the staff was friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed walking by the fjord.

there was no safe in the cabin for valuables. our cabin did not have a minibar or fridge. there was no servicing of rooms , not even daily rubbish removal.
