The reception desk was helpful and hospitable.
The room was not properly isolated. I could hear noises all night. The door also would not shut properly. I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing and the faulty door, those issues affected my sleep.

Really good Stay in the City Center

I found the location convenient with easy access to local attractions. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with directions. My room included soundproofing and blackout curtains which was excellent. I appreciated the fridge in the room for keeping drinks cool.
The street approaching the hotel was indeed narrow making entry a bit challenging with ongoing traffic.

The room felt modern and spacious with comfortable ambient lighting. It also had a huge bed and good air conditioning. The room included a nice balcony with excellent city views that were pretty amazing. Everything looked super clean and well-kept.

Every staff member I encountered provided really good service and assistance. This definitely enhanced the overall experience. The reception staff stored my luggage on my departure day, a great help. They answered questions quickly and efficiently.

The hotel is near the main square. A Vodafone shop sits just opposite the hotel providing convenient access to mobile services. That was very helpful. The neighborhood secure hotel.

Superb Hotel in Great Location

I received a complimentary upgrade to a sixth-floor room. The room featured an amazing balcony view. Soundproofing and blackout curtains ensured restful nights. A fridge was available in the room, very useful. The bed was huge, and the ambient lighting added a nice touch.
I found that the approach road to the hotel is quite narrow.
