superb hotel with great design

i found the hotel space to be very expansive, with a golf course close by. it also benefits from proximity to the beach. the hotel is well designed with excellent maintenance. the entire space provided a calm and premium vibe.
I noticed the swimming pool gets crowded in the morning. there were guests swimming with cotton clothes and nobody addressed it. the towel service felt difficult. The staff seemed overwhelmed.

the staff was very kind, specifically the pool team and abdelsalam, the restaurant manager. he welcomed everyone and created a friendly environment. i felt this was really good.

The gym had a good selection of equipment. I saw three treadmills. There were also two stationary bikes. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel design felt modern.
The front desk staff did NOT seem well-trained. I requested body lotion. It was not initially provided. The dessert selection was disappointing.
