I enjoyed the festive atmosphere created by the Christmas tree in my upgraded suite. The suite had a large bed and nice furnishings. The robes and slippers were complimentary. Breakfast had a delicious selection served in the beautifully decorated bar area.
My room lacked cleanliness, and despite informing the staff, the problem was not resolved. the TV remote failed to work. These things slightly impacted my otherwise excellent experience.

The breakfast service offered multiple choices in a stylish dining area. I saw that fresh juice and pastries were available. I liked the well-presented buffet. The hotel bar has local beers.

The staff was friendly and helpful . I saw them assisting guests with directions. They were quick to respond to requests. I think that staff members were always available.

The hotel provides parking. I noticed that the hotel is opposite the Turkish baths. The convention centre is also very close. I found a stylish decoration, especially in the dining room.

The hotel location is central and convenient. The venue is within a short walking distance. The shops and Valley Gardens are also a short walk away. I found that the position is close to many attractions.

The location was really great. i also found the christmas decor beautiful and well thought out. the bar was well stocked. It was a great choice.
the staff seemed slow in clearing away tables, at times.

the hotel has a prime central location, and everything can be walked to. the bar, reception, and restaurant are wonderfully decorated (i especially enjoyed the atmosphere). i had to have an evening drink to fully appreciate it.
we entered the family room and my older son found a used and discarded water bottle on the children's beds. there was a fridge in the room, as described, but it was not functional. i spoke to the manager, who said he'd get an engineer onto it, but there was no resolution.
