Excellent city stay
central location friendly staff delicious food
The hotel's location is central, near to the train station (it is only a five-minute walk). Staff were friendly and helpful . I had a free welcome drink upon my arrival and the food I ordered on site was delicious.
Noise isolation could have been better, as i found constant traffic noise somewhat disruptive.

The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of choices and has delicious food. Breakfast options included both hot and cold items plus fresh juices. The bar also provided a selection of drinks, including local ales, with happy-hour offers.

My executive queen room included a sofa, providing ample seating and space. The air conditioning was effective. I also had a kettle, tea bags, instant coffee, and a refrigerator available in the room.

This hotel is located within a ten-minute walk to the city centre (a great advantage). I had easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The train station is a short walk away.

Mediocre stay due to maintenance issues
maintenance work tight car park
The staff were friendly and polite (particularly at reception).
I was woken up by maintenance work at 9am with automatic drilling and loud talking in the corridor. This isn't acceptable after paying a high price per night. Parking was also a problem. The underground car park is tight, and there was no indication of space availability, so I had to park in front of the hotel on one night. A mattress dipped a lot in the middle.

Excellent Stay Near the Station!

I booked a superior queen room for my stay. The room had a safe for valuables. A kettle, instant coffee, and tea bags were available. I really appreciated the fridge that allowed me to store drinks. The air conditioning was also very effective.

The room was equipped with a queen bed. The new, bright bathroom had good lighting. The room was spacious, offering enough room to relax and unwind after a long day.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed my queries quickly and efficiently. I felt very welcome and supported throughout my visit. I especially liked the quick and easy check-in and check-out processes.
