a mixed experience with parking issues

the parking situation was a bit of a mess i wasn't properly told that i needed to pay for parking for three days this turned out to be quite expensive it should be advertised more clearly the hotel should also be more accommodating with parking fees. also, the front desk staff wasn't too helpful when i asked for restaurant recommendations their suggestions were not great

The breakfast was superb. I appreciated the extensive selection of both hot and cold items, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit (the croissants were really good!). The room I stayed in was impeccably clean. It had modern furnishings and a calming color scheme and the staff promptly addressed any requests I had.

the hotel looked nice. my room wasnt cleaned properly. i found half empty bottles of shampoo. no one cleaned the room on the second day. we had to ask for toilet paper. i was very annoyed.
